Membership includes:
- Three workouts per week – Including fat loss, strength training, HIIT and performance

- I will host weekly coaching Q&A sessions to discuss relevant topics chosen by members
Workouts will alternate between strength, fat loss, HIIT and performance
Strength – Forging true strength in the bodies main muscle groups, improving body composition and contributing positively to daily life actions.
Fat Loss – A blend between strength and cardiovascular workouts that target fat as the body’s main source of fuel
HIIT – Challenging the body to create and sustain a spiked heart rate as well as recover in time to perform the next round. Results include improved cardiac output and conditioning (not getting as tired with heart rate intensive action)
Performance – Increases anaerobic threshold, giving athletes an edge against their opponents
Yes, to most effectively follow the membership, standard commercial gym equipment is recommended
